First class at Union Three? Here's what you need to know.

In order to book your class, you'll need to create an account with us and then continue to the Buy a Class page. After you choose your desired package, check our Schedule page and choose your class. Want to make it easier? Download our booking app here.

If you're cycling with us, choosing your bike is key! We encourage you to choose a bike toward the back to start to feel the rhythm and flow of the class. Plus, it’s really helpful to follow along someone in front of you.

Taking your first yoga class? We encourage you to choose a spot near the side or back of the room so that you can use other students to help guide you through your first flow.

Our instructors are here to answer any questions you have about specific movements and postures, so don’t be afraid to ask!

No shoes or mat, no problem! We offer cycling shoes and yoga mat rentals for $2.

For URIDE classes, avoid long, loose pants as they can get caught on the bike. We recommend leggings or shorts. Please note that our UFLOW, UBURN and UTONE classes are heated, so we suggest moisture wicking fitness gear.

Set yourself up for success and come to class hydrated! We have bottles of water for purchase or you’re welcome to bring a reusable water bottle and fill up at our filtered water station. We suggest 2 bottles of water per class for peak performance. We also recommend that you don’t come to class on an empty stomach.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early for your first class so our team can show you around the studio and help you properly set up your bike or mat. For safety reasons, any first timeclient will not be admitted to class once it has started.

We offer FREE two-hour parking at the Port of Tampa Bay Parking garage directly across the street from the studio. Just bring your ticket into the studio for validation. Feel free to come in for a class (or two) and hang out afterwards! In addition to the parking garage, there is free parallel parking along 12th street.

If you've chosen a cycle class - picking a bike is key! If it's your first cycle class, we encourage choosing a bike towards the back of the room so that you can get a feel for the rhythm and pace. Plus, it’s really helpful to follow along someone in front of you.

Taking your first hot bootcamp or hot flow? We encourage you to choose a spot near the side or back of the room so that you can use other students to help guide you through your first heated class.

PREPARING FOR YOUR FIRST U3 CLASS:

No shoes or mat, no problem! We offer cycling shoes and yoga mat rentals for $2.

We recommend wearing leggings or shorts for all classes. Our hot flow and hot boocamp classes are heated, so we suggest moisture-wicking gear. We do not wear shoes in our hot flow or hot bootcamp classes, but you are welcome to wear grip socks if you prefer.

How does the free parking work?

In addition to the free street parking along 12th street, we validate parking for 2 hours at the Port of Tampa Bay Parking garage across the street from the studio. Just bring your parking ticket with you to class and our front desk staff will validate it for you.

How do I book a class at Union Three?

I haven't worked out in years. Will I be able to make it through class?

For sure! All of our classes can be adapted to any fitness level. Our coaches will always offer modifications to your workout to ensure everyone is safe, challenged, and taken care of. You’ll get stronger and try new things with every class, so we encourage beginners to go at their own pace, try something new, listen to awesome music, and have fun!

Do you have showers?

Yes! We have men’s and women’s locker rooms with lockers and 2 individual showers in each. We offer Malin + Goetz bath products as well as a blow dry bar in each locker room. Our lockers are long enough to hang dresses or suits without getting wrinkled so you can show up for work looking and smelling better than ever!

What if I don't have cycling shoes or a yoga mat?

Both can be rented at the studio for $2.

Are your yoga classes heated?

Yes! All of our yoga classes are heated with infrared heating panels. There are many proven benefits to infrared heating including detoxifying your body, reducing inflammation, and building your immune system. To learn more about the temperature ranges in each yoga class, visit our offerings page.

When does your class schedule come out and how far in advance can I reserve my spot in class?

Our class schedule goes live every Sunday at 5:00pm EST and you can book a class 1 week in advance.

Can I still take a class if I am pregnant or have a heart condition?

With any medical diagnosis, we highly recommend asking your doctor what is best for you and your scenario.

How far in advance do I need to cancel a class to avoid a penalty or losing my class credit?

You must cancel your class at least 12 hours before your scheduled class time. You can cancel on your own using the UnionThree iOS app, using our website under “My Account” (when logged in), or by calling the studio at 813-221-2642.

Late cancels or no-shows by package holders (including a drop-in) will result in the loss of a credit. Late cancels by members will result in a $10 fee and no-shows by members will result in a $15 fee

What are the minimum commitments associated with the memberships?

All memberships require a 3 month minimum commitment. After 3 months, you are able to freeze your membership for up to 3 months. We just ask you provide us a 30 day written notice. You are only eligible to freeze your membership twice within a 12 month period. You are also able to cancel your membership after your 3 month commitment as long as you give a 30 day written notice.
